What you’ll do
- Turn user research and requirements into flows, wireframes and polished UI
- Maintain and extend a scalable, consistent design system
- Partner with engineers to ship pixel-accurate, accessible interfaces
- Present and defend design decisions with clear rationale
Requirements
- 3+ years designing digital products end to end
- Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and visual craft
- Fluency in Figma and modern design-system practices
- Comfortable collaborating asynchronously across time zones
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Motion / prototyping skills
