Who we are

DevHive Studio ("we", "us") operates the website devhivestudio.com. For any privacy question, email hello@devhivestudio.com.

What we collect

• Project inquiries: your name, email, company, chosen service, budget range and message.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone, experience, portfolio links, cover note and the CV file you upload.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Technical data: standard server logs and approximate location (country/city) processed by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, to keep the site fast and protected from abuse.

How we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, evaluate your application, send the newsletter you asked for, and protect the website from spam and attacks. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.

Who processes it

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and delivered to our team by email through our email delivery provider. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may use a privacy-friendly security check (Turnstile) to block bots.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to discuss and deliver your project. Applications and CVs are kept for up to 12 months so we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@devhivestudio.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
